techniques are activity driven and through the use of practical self management skills, exercises and games participants will learn
to solve customer service challenges.

Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing Computer Program:
Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing is an application software for teaching touch typing.
Students experience the fastest, easiest and safest way to increase their personal touch typing. With the
games and creative exercises they are able to concentrate on their thoughts, not their fingers. The real
gain comes when they no longer have to look at the keyboard and can confidently type.

Learn Key Career Institute: Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint:
Students learn to use Microsoft Word for a variety of tasks like creating letters, making labels,
newsletters, brochures and other documents with Word.  Students also learn their way around the Word
window and understand how to create, save and print their documents.  In this program, they learn all of
that, plus how to use the built-in Help feature.

Microsoft Excel is a tool for both personal and business use.  It is designed primarily for organizing and
analyzing numeric data.  Students learn through Excel how spreadsheets work and what they can do with
them.  In Excel students learn how to enter data, create charts and graphs, and how to use basic
mathematical formulas.

Microsoft PowerPoint is a powerful presentation graphics program.  Presentation graphics software
such as PowerPoint allows students to structure, design and present information to an audience uniquely
